If the admin user has lost their email link, this can be easily recovered by visiting this page
If a user has lost their link, then click the Users button on the Live Screen and find their entry in the table.
'Amend' the user and click the 'New Key' button. This will send them a new link with a new key. The old link will not work.
If the administrator suspects his/her link is being used by another person, they should also renew their key in the same way.
